If clicking above does not work for you, change your icon manually by right clicking on your mouse on the small logo above and choose the option to "save picture" or "save picture as," Then follow the steps below:
1. Open AOL IM.
2. Click "MY AIM."
3. Click "Edit Preferences."
4. Click "Buddy Icon."
5. Click the "Browse PC" button.
6. Find the icon on your computer and select it. That icon will now appear when you receive IMs from your buddy.
