If you'd like to receive either an email and/or a text message reminder, Click Here to Update your information by logging in and then checking off and entering your cell phone number and/or checking off where indicated to receive a daily email.
Once you have made the changes, click on
"Save My Changes"
If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us:
Please click the link above for updating your information and log in. Scroll down to where it says "Trip A Day Mobile/Cell Phone Notifications" and under where your cell phone number is entered, uncheck the box that says "Remind me to Listen" and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Save My Changes".
