Curry, President & CEO of Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center, came in to talk about the pervasive problem of mental illness in our society and the prevailing stigma associated with a diagnosis that prevent a lot of people, particularly young people, from seeking treatment. She also talked about suicide and their prevention services including a 24-hour crisis hotline.
